KMS fact – KMS products are not tested on animals.

KMS has a clear policy stating that it will not conduct or commission animal testing of our finished products or our product ingredients. We also do not use any animal ingredients derived from slaughter houses. The safety of our products is assured by the choice of ingredients used and effectiveness testing of products on human participants. We choose the ingredients that have a historically proven record of both safe and effective use in cosmetics and those which have been shown to be safe based on testing conducted by the Cosmetic Ingredient Review Expert Panel of the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA).

Additional ingredient information is derived from the American College of Toxicology Studies. All KMS products are thoroughly tested for effectiveness. This testing involves evaluating new products on hair tresses (small 2 gram samples of human hair) followed by salon testing in our in-house salon, and finally large-base consumer testing at the salon level.
